Solar Services Company is a private company that helps U.S. homeowners evaluate eligibility for residential solar installation, battery storage, and related federal, state, and utility incentive programs. We are not a government agency. Through our quiz and consultation flow, we collect information from interested homeowners and connect them with licensed solar consultants and authorized installers in their region.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Services.
• You must be a U.S. resident and either the homeowner of, or an authorized occupant of, the property under consideration for solar installation.
• By submitting a request, you represent that the information you provide (including name, phone, ZIP, homeownership status, electricity bill, and roof condition) is accurate and complete to the best of your knowledge.

3. Free Eligibility Review and Consultation

Our solar eligibility review and initial consultation are provided at no cost and with no obligation to purchase. By requesting a review, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact and eligibility information.
• Be reachable at the phone number you provided so a specialist can contact you.
• Be available for any consultation appointment you schedule, or notify us if you need to reschedule.

We reserve the right to decline service if eligibility criteria are not met (for example, if you do not own the property or are outside our service areas).

4. Appointment Scheduling

• Consultations may be scheduled by phone or through our online calendar.
• We typically operate Monday through Saturday during business hours in your local time zone.
• We reserve the right to reschedule appointments due to specialist availability or unforeseen circumstances.
• If you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 2 hours in advance.

5. SMS Communications

• Messages include consultation confirmations, scheduling reminders, eligibility follow-ups, document requests, and customer-care responses.
• Recurring messaging — frequency typically 1 to 8 messages per request, depending on the conversation.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP at any time to opt out of all messages.

6. Solar Products, Pricing, and Installation

If, following the eligibility review and consultation, you decide to proceed with solar installation or related products:

• Any purchase or installation will be governed by a separate agreement between you and the licensed installer or financing partner.
• Pricing, financing terms, warranty, and cancellation policies will be disclosed in writing before you sign any binding agreement.
• Solar Services Company does not guarantee specific savings, energy production, or incentive amounts. Actual results vary by property, roof condition, utility rates, and program eligibility.
• We do not perform installation directly; we connect you with licensed installers in your region.

7. No Government Affiliation

Solar Services Company is a private company. We help homeowners access federal, state, and utility credits and incentives that may be available, but we are not a government agency and we do not represent any government program. Eligibility and savings vary by property, roof condition, credit, utility, and program requirements.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and software, is the property of Solar Services Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.
• Use the Services to harass, threaten, or harm any person.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or interfere with the Services.
• Use any automated means to scrape or extract data from our websites without permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
