Solar Services Company is a private company that helps U.S. homeowners evaluate eligibility for residential solar installation, battery storage, and related federal, state, and utility incentive programs. We are not a government agency. Through our quiz and consultation flow, we collect information from interested homeowners and connect them with licensed solar consultants and authorized installers in their region.

By submitting your phone number through any of our forms (including our quiz, contact forms, and Facebook lead forms), you expressly consent to receive automated SMS messages from Solar Services Company about your solar request.

Solar Services Company is a private company. We help homeowners access federal, state, and utility credits and incentives that may be available, but we are not a government agency and we do not represent any government program. Eligibility and savings vary by property, roof condition, credit, utility, and program requirements.
All content on our websites, including text, graphics, logos, photographs, video, and software, is the property of Solar Services Company LLC or its licensors and is protected by U.S. and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that information provided is accurate or complete.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solar Services Company LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars ($100) or the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Solar Services Company LLC, its officers, employees, agents, and partners from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of the rights of any third party.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or the Services shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Services after the changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including intellectual property, disclaimer of warranties, limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will survive.
